Specifications include, but are not limited to: The West Virginia Department of Health and Human Resources Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of WVDHHR/Office of Health Facilities, John Manchin Sr Health Care Center to establish a contract for a Nurse Call System at John Manchin Sr Health Care Center, 401 Guffey Street, Fairmont, WV 26554.. Vendor shall furnish and install a complete and functional “Voice Synthesized” Emergency Call for Nurse System. This system shall include the following features: Provide wireless Emergency Call for Nurse System with integrated capabilities for perimeter security, delayed egress locks and wireless smoke detectors . Emergency Call for Nurse System shall be compatible existing SigmaGard System . Emergency Call for Nurse System shall broadcast audible “Voice Synthesized: alarm notification to staff via hand held walkie-talkie radios . Emergency Call for Nurse System must require acknowledgement of emergency call alarm notification to staff via hand held radio identifying caregiver responding to emergency call . Emergency Call for Nurse System must be completely supervised providing alarm notification to staff should any piece of equipment fail including the computer system . Wireless equipment shall be “Inovonics EchoStream 900MHz Frequency Agile” technology or equivalent . All equipment shall be of the same manufacturer throughout the project for each device group
