Specifications include, but are not limited to: Currently there are two drain grates which have become buried over time. One grate is approximately 8-12” below current grade while the other is approximately 36” below current grade. Both grates have been located and partially uncovered within the past month. The desired end result is to have two grates approximately 6” below new grade, with the surrounding ground sloped toward the drains over 20’ feet diameter surrounding the drains. After completion of repairs, 2-inches of topsoil will be placed over all disturbed ground and the area hydro-seeded with grass seed appropriate for the region. Once the two existing grates are opened, a video camera is to be inserted in each and the condition of the existing drain system to be assessed 20' in either direction. AHFC is to receive a copy of the video immediately to assess condition of system. Additive Alternative #1 is to add a down pipe and drain grate as shown. Additive Alternative #2 is to add 10 feet of buried drain per drawings D002 & D005
