All correspondence must be made through the Vendor Portal. Specifications include, but are not limited to: Bid Price must be with shipping terms of “Free on Board (FOB) – Destination”. The State intends for this to mean that all goods shall be priced in the bid response to include shipping charges, if any, to the State’s desired location. The results of this bid process will be the creation of orders for vehicles currently in dealer’s stock and vehicles that can be ordered during the order window period for future delivery. Bidders agree to permit additional orders for vehicles bid at the bid prices to be delivered in the future until the order window closes. • The vehicle meets the minimum specifications for one of the item numbers bid in the original bid documents. • The vehicle must be new, model year 2022, 2023 or 2024, with less than 500 miles. • The vehicle must have full manufacturer’s warrantee.
