Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Send Crew, Crane, and Truck to remove the line shafting, enclosing tubes, bearings and the bowl assembly form the pump station and load onto a truck. • Deliver to repair facility. • Disassemble the bowl assembly and remove the bearings from the enclosing tubes. • Bead blast all components as needed. • Provide all new enclosing tubes. • Provide all new line shafting, pump shaft, bowl bearings, propeller, enclosing tube bearings, top tube bearing, shaft couplings, all lip seals, prop thrust rings, all shaft sleeves, oil solenoid valve, thrust retainer, suction bell, suction bell bearing cartridge, tube adaptor and hardware as needed for pump build-up. • Coat the components as needed with Pot-A-Pox 140 Plus coating. • Assemble the bowl assembly. • Touch up the coating as needed. • Deliver the components back to the Customers location. • Clean the mating faces of the pedestal, upper column, elbow column and taper column. • Assemble the pump complete. • Start the pump up with the Customers assistance as water will allow.
