Specifications include, but are not limited to: Work on Project (Concrete). All concrete used shall be an approved mix that will achieve 4,000 psi within 96 hours after concrete placement. Crack-sealing. Concrete pavement shall be crack sealed with ROADSAVER 221 crack sealant. Newly placed pavement shall have a reservoir cut of 1½” deep & 3/8” wide into the grooved joint. All Joints must be knifed & grooved at the time of placement. The cost of all crack sealing on new pavement or adjacent to where the new pavement abuts old pavement is subsidiary to other bid items. All repair locations will be marked by the project inspector once traffic control is placed. Locations may vary slightly from what is shown on the plans.
