Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Ashland (City) is seeking Proposals for professional engineering services for Project 2023-02 Grant Support Services. The purpose of this project is to support the City in grant review and application for grant funding offered through the Federal, State and Local Government. The City of Ashland has numerous funded, unfunded and deferred maintenance items associated with infrastructure systems, buildings/facilities, Emergency Services, Parks, Airport, Economic Development and Planning/Development that could benefit from grant related funding. Consultant services would include assisting the City in review of existing projects and locating functional grant opportunities that align with project applicability. Additional support could include developing the formal grant application for submittal to the correct funding agency.
