Specifications include, but are not limited to: Los Alamos County Golf Course is soliciting formal sealed Requests for Proposals for the purpose of Leasing 60 golf cars. The County is seeking Proposals for a fleet of 60 fuel injected gas driven cars, or 60 battery electric powered golf cars, or blended lease of the two options. If a blended lease of the two options is proposed, County requests that the Proposal include a term of three (3) years of gasoline powered lease, and the remaining term for battery electric powered golf cars. Offerors are requested to address the following: 1. A lease of (60) electronic fuel injected gas driven golf cars meeting the specifications and requirement set forth in the Scope of Services and Specifications, for the full term specified in the General Information Section, item 10. 2. A lease of (60) battery electric golf cars meeting the specifications and requirement set forth in the Scope of Services and Specifications, for the full term specified in the General Information Section, item 10. 3. A lease of (60) electronic fuel injected gas driven golf cars for the initial three (3) years, and the remainder of the term a lease of (60) battery electric golf cars. 4. A lease of two (2) electronic fuel injected gas driven golf course utility cars, meeting the specifications and requirement set forth in the Scope of Services and Specifications. 5. Obtaining pricing and other information on the lease of alternatives to golf cars, including, but not limited to, golf boards, golf bikes, motorized or self-propelled golf carts or similar offerings which at County’s option could be added to the lease of golf cars. 6. At County’s sole option, the term length of the Agreement may be up to a total of seven (7) years. Therefore, Offerors are requested to include pricing which would cover a seventh year.
