Specifications include, but are not limited to: : Replacement of all existing siding, weather barrier, trim, soffit, fascia wrap, flashing, and all associated trim boards at AHFC’s Housing Facility known as Schoenbar Park. Property Address is 316 Schoenbar Road. Property consists of 6 separate buildings and 2 trash enclosures. The successful Contractor should field verify prior to proposal submission. The Contractor will be required to provide all labor, material, and equipment to: Provide the removal and disposal of existing cementitious siding, soffit, flashing and all associated trim boards. Provide the material and installation of new weather barrier, 26 gauge 8” lap steel or vinyl siding, or approved equal, soffit, flashing, fascia and all associated siding trim boards. Existing gutters to be temporarily removed for new fascia wrap and then securely reinstalled. There are approximately 1500 linear feet of 5” metal gutters onsite.
