Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Work consists of construction of the City of Meridian’s Well 26 Treatment Facility, including repair and reconstruction of existing improvements affected by the Work, and incidentals for complete and usable facility. 1. The Work includes the following major components: a. Demolition of the existing Well 26 wellhouse. b. Site work, landscaping, pavement, and grading. c. Construction of a new wellhouse and treatment facility (one building) to house the well, treatment equipment, associated above-ground piping, and standby diesel generator. d. Installation of a pressure filtration system for iron and manganese removal that was pre-purchased by the OWNER in the new treatment building.
