Minimum of 40 yr shingle and materials and 25 year labor and warranty Install new drip edge 72” of peel and stick ice and water barrier on all eaves, and 36” of peel and stick ice and water barrier around all penetrations and in the valleys New underlayment on balance of roof deck Install new flashing around pipes and head-walls and side-walls Install new ridge vent Install board painted to match the siding where cut to replace flashing Thoroughly clean the property of roofing debris after the project is done
