Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State is seeking on-site event production and staging services for the 2023 Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education a one-day event on August 15, 2023 located at Cheney Middle School, West Fargo, ND. On site attendees are estimated at 350-500 people. On-site event production and staging services are further described in detail in Section 1 of the Bid Response. The successful offeror will assist in planning of the audio/visual elements of Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education 2023 in West Fargo, ND, as well as execute those elements. The intent of this event is to connect stakeholders and inspire transformation. Expectation is that the production team has the ability to work with the Governor’s Summit on Innovative Education 2023 team to help design and create the desired look and feel, and to be flexible as the event design comes together the weeks prior and the day of. The event location will have two (2) projector screens on opposite sides of the stage, alternating between a live feed produced by a camera and presentation slides Ability to project main stage (keynote) presentations to alternate onsite stage and green-room monitors Two (2) electronic monitor front podiums with the ability to customize with event logo shall be provided. Podiums shall have shelving for water and a top large enough to accommodate a binder. A minimum of three (3) speaker monitors (minimum 32” displays) shall show running timer/countdown, current slide, next slide, and notes. Live feed of event onto monitor in speaker greenroom. Awarded bidder will work with venue to provide any additional equipment not already available.
