Specifications include, but are not limited to: Professional Apparel: Various agencies within the State wear apparel embroidered with the agencies logo. Examples include dress shirts, long sleeve button-up shirts, short-sleeve polo shirts, jackets, and vests. Due to the large variety of items that may be selected by the respective agencies and the timing of the orders, the State requests a percentage discount from retail pricing (price listed in the catalog of products – see Attachment 1). At the time an agency is prepared to order apparel, that respective agency will work with the Bidder to finalize the order. The percentage discount will then be applied to the order. Artwork: Artwork must be approved by the agency staff placing the order. All use of the agency’s logo will follow the agency’s standards, provided by State, to ensure consistency in branding. Bidder must have the ability to deliver artwork designs electronically for approval. When an agency logo is required to be embroidered or screened on a garment, the agency will provide the Bidder with a digital file of the agency logo. There are a number of different logos. Care should be taken to consider the different types of logos being provided. Embroidery & Screen Printing: Agencies will require the vendor to send a sample for approval before producing the final order.
