Specifications include, but are not limited to: The following is a request for proposals for A/E Professional Design Services for the New Police Headquarters at UNM. The project services will include Site Selection, Programming, Design, and Construction Administration through the warranty period of approximately 10,000 SF, depending on the construction type (new/remodeled), and a site area to accommodate vehicles for police functions and employees. Primary space purposes are Armory, Dispatch Center, Emergency Operations Center, Evidence Room, Records Room, Video Monitoring Area, Briefing/Report Writing Room, Holding Cells, Lost & Found, Conference Area, Offices for officers and staff, Gym and Locker Facilities, Security Personnel Area, and others that the client will define.
