Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Matanuska-Susitna Borough is requesting bids from qualified contractors to address poor drainage and yielding subgrade materials in the road on Pond Lily Lane and Tofson Avenue. This project will involve, but is not limited to, an excavation on Pond Lily Ln. between W Arctic Orchid Lane and W. Dahlmann Ave, Ditch Linear grading on West side of Pond Lily & South side of Tofson, 50 LF cross culver @ W. Dahlmann (12” CSP) and two 30 LF driveway culvers on the south side of Tofson (12”), import and placement of borrow material, import and placement of aggregate surface courses. • This project is located in Big Lake along W. Hollywood Road. The project may be accessed by heading south 1.9 miles on S Johnson Road from W. Parks Highway. See project location and vicinity maps. • Contractor is to provide resources to complete this project without any adjustments in the original bid amount or contract time. • This project is considered a Road Maintenance project for RSA 21 Big Lake. • Request locates from the utilities having facilities in the area.
