Specifications include, but are not limited to: • Deliveries accepted Monday through Friday 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM and Saturday & Sunday 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM • Deliveries are AS REQUESTED by the College’s Dining Services • Deliveries to inside of the building are required • Delivery of all items must match the contract items and prices • Rhode Island College reserves the right to request and receive perishable-type products seven (7) days per week in special circumstances • All items are to be made fresh, not previously frozen, and all packaging must be dated, along with a complete list of ingredients and a nutrition label; • A single price shall be quoted for each item being requested within this bid document.
