Specifications include, but are not limited to: The “Project” is ZCISD HVAC Replacement for Various ZCISD Campuses as follows: Including but not limited to the replacement of DX package rooftop units (RTU’s), air package chilled water units, chilled water fan coils with respective duct heaters, and service failed compressor to scroll chiller at Zapata High School; replace DX package RTU’s, one 40 ton condensing unit, and DX split systems at Zapata Middle School; replace DX split systems and condensing units with respective evaporative coils at Zapata South and Villarreal Elementary Schools; replace DX split systems at Benavides Elementary, ZCISD Child Nutrition Services, and ZCISD Transportation Dept.; recommissioning of HVAC controls for all replaced equipment and required work as indicated in the bidding and construction documents. Alternates may be taken if included in the Bid proposal (or by Addendum). Contractor shall note the breakout items listed in the Proposal Form. Provide all other accessory work as indicated in the Construction Documents and as required to execute the Project.
