Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Commonwealth of Kentucky, Finance & Administration Cabinet, Division of Engineering & Contract Administration (DECA) is seeking professional design services for the Kentucky Community and Technical College System (KCTCS). The Kentucky Community and Technical College System and the following Colleges in the KCTCS system, desires to complete Master Planning with a long-term view that ultimately guides the capital construction related decisions and investments of the System and the specific college. The individual plans are to mirror and enhance the academic vision of each college and informs the creation and preservation of a physical learning environment with lasting value. The Colleges of western Kentucky, which are a part of this Request for Proposals to provide master planning are as follows: o Henderson Community College (last update 2010) o Hopkinsville Community College (last update 2008) o West Kentucky Community and Technical College (last update 2012) o Madisonville Community College (last update 2016).
