Specifications include, but are not limited to: MWVCAA Arches Program is seeking professional plumbing services for drainage re-piping underneath the building of Tanner Project, 2933 Center Street NE, Salem, Oregon. Built in 1968, this one-story property provides transitional housing for homeless veterans. With 15,845 SF, this facility is the first step to helping remove the barriers that keep unhoused veterans on the street. Current piping beneath the building consists of galvanized steel and cast iron. This project will include re-setting the toilets with new flanges. The overall plumbing of the building is old and not working properly. The program would like to have all needed repairs done to the system by completion of project.
