Specifications include, but are not limited to: This project involves the plugging and/or remediation of abandoned oil and/or natural gas wells and sites at the location described below. Project will commence, generally, as follows: 1. Pre-mobilization site remediation, if necessary, 2. Site preparation, 3. Connect rig to well, 4. Clean out well to total depth, 5. Set prescribed plugs and monument, 6. Reclaim site including removal of stream crossings, and 7. Submit invoice to DEP. Proposed Work Plan: 1. Notify Project Coordinator (PC) within 24 hours of plugging commencement. 2. Move in and rig up to existing 10” casing. 3. Trip in hole (TIH) and pull all 2” tubing and packer if found. 4. Trip in hole (TIH), check total depth (TD) at or below 1680’. If TD cannot be reached, begin cleaning out hole to approved depth by PC. 5. Once TD has been reached / approved by PC, run a bond log inside the 6 ⅝” casing to determine cement bond location and free points. Any casing found without cement in the annulus that cannot be retrieved must be perforated at all required locations. 6. TIH to TD @ 1680’ with tubing, spot 6% gel followed by cement from 1680’ to 1480’. Trip out hole (TOH), wait on cement (WOC) tag top of plug. Add cement if needed. 7. TIH and free point the 6 ⅝” casing. If casing cannot be removed, perforate at the approved location by the PC. 8. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 1480’ to 1200’ followed by cement plug from 1200’ to 1110’. TOH, WOC and tag top of cement plug. Add cement if needed. 9. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 1100’ to 750’ followed by cement plug from 750’ to 550’. TOH, WOC, and tag top of cement plug. Add cement if needed. 10. TIH with tubing, spot gel from 550’ to 200’ followed by cement plug from 200’ to surface. Rig down and install monument, reclaim site.
