Specifications include, but are not limited to: The intent of the project is to install a 10-year warranty urethane coated SPFR roof system on the designated areas (Sections C and D) of the Vaughan Building. The project includes, but is not necessarily limited to the items listed nor necessarily in the order of repair and/or construction: 1. Provide protection for workers, furnishings, and storage materials inside the building and under the roof, 2. Remove and dispose of identified unused mechanical equipment in the roofing areas, 3. Remove Non-ACM BUR Roof System as stated in specs, 4. Replace damaged and unsafe metal roof decking, 5. Dispose of all roofing materials and debris generated on the roof, 6. Mechanically attach 2.5 Inch ISO Board to repaired deck, 7. Mechanically attach ½" Densdeck over ISO Board, 8. Install 10-Year urethane-coated Foam Roof System, and 9. Replace existing and install 24 Gauge Steel 6" Box Gutter and Downspouts at specified areas.
