Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. Pre-Construction Phase. The professional services during this phase shall include, but not be limited to, initial pre-planning, front-end schematic design for the purposes of notifying elected officials, completing site plan inspections, producing necessary pre-determined schematic drawings and other displays of the floor plan, estimating itemized installation budget, and itemized operational budget, and working with City to solicit bids for installation. b. Construction Services Phase. The professional services during this phase shall include, but not be limited to, installation management, design construction administration, field supervision, coordinating subcontractors, maintain quality, meeting schedules, providing the general conditions work for the project and electrical engineering services.
