Specifications include, but are not limited to: perform everything required to be performed and to provide all of the labor, materials, necessary equipment and all utilities and transportation and services necessary to perform and complete in a workmanlike manner all work required to complete the proposed work indicated in the bidding documents for the construction of the Davenport Learning Center Roof Repair; The District will not be responsible for any delays in projects due to unforeseen conditions or circumstances. The contractor shall: ● Provide competent supervision. ● Take precautions necessary to protect persons or property against injury that may occur as a result of their negligence. ● Perform the work without unnecessarily interfering with other contractors’ work or District activities. ● Be responsible for any and all damages to existing facilities and equipment. ● Be responsible for work performed and materials delivered; include School District furnished items, until completion and final acceptance. ● Upon request, the contractor shall furnish the District with a complete list of all employees and other personnel who will be working on District property on this project. The District reserves the right to deny access to District property to any employee or personnel who are unacceptable to the School District. ● Perform all work under an awarded contract in accordance with all applicable federal, state and local laws, rules and regulations and District policy.
