Construct, deliver, place and assemble complete at site, City of Fremont, NE. This specification includes the requirements for the design and manufacture of an outdoor metal-clad shelter-aisle switchgear as defined by ANSI and IEEE standards. The switchgear shall be insulated and climate controlled and suitable for installation on concrete piers in a utility substation. The switchgear shall be designed and built for use on a 13.8/7.97 kV, three-phase, four-wire, grounded, 60 Hz system. The number of breakers, the general arrangement of the cubicles, relays and controls, and accessories shall be as shown on the drawings.
