Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Contractor shall provide maintenance service as specified herein for Kitchen Exhaust Hood Cleaning. Work shall be bid as a full lump sum amount. Weinvoice in arrears in two (2) equal payments. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, material, and supervision required for the removal of grease, debris and other contaminants that accumulate on the components of the Kitchen hood exhaust system. Inspection and cleaning of the kitchen hood system shall be completed in accordance with NFPA 96, manufacturer’s recommendations, state and local codes. The minimum number of planned inspections shall be two (2) for each fiscal yearspaced approximately one hundred and eighty (180) days apart. The service shall be performed through coordination with the Maintenance Supervisor.
