Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock has issued the following bid solicitation to companies who are authorized to do business in the State of Arkansas and who are qualified to provide the following products and/or services: Residential Emergency Demolition. The City of Little Rock Board of Directors has authorized the emergency removal of deteriorated/dilapidated structures from within the city limits. These structures are unsafe and dangerous thereby endangering the community and neighborhoods surrounding them. In many cases, these dwellings and/or structures are in an advanced state of deterioration that occupancy cannot be permitted. The owners of these properties have received proper legal notice to either rehabilitate or remove the structures themselves. A secondary goal is to improve the quality of life for the citizens of Little Rock that currently live within communities with large quantities of these types of properties. It potentially could contribute to the reduction of crime and illegal activity. Remove Structure, foundation, and footings ✓ Cut and clean/clear entire property (lot must be mowable after demolition) ✓ Cut down all bushes and small trees not on a fence line ✓ Cut back all bushes and small trees on fence line, including any ditches and/or alleys ✓ Trim tree branches to no less than 8’ from the ground ✓ Remove all building materials, demo debris, footings, Poles, Mailboxes, concrete or brick pads & trash ✓ Remove Driveways, leaving only the driveway skirt at the street ✓ Remove all sidewalks except for the public sidewalks ;
