Specifications include, but are not limited to: Black Hawk County is seeking bids for professional services for the engineering and design of the Multi Department Remodel project, to be located at 316 E 5th St, Waterloo IA 50703. A. The qualified firm will submit design concept showing layout and functionality, estimated total project cost, construction administration adhering to Americans with Disabilities Act and local code requirements for the remodel/reconfiguration of departments on the 2nd level which include the Auditor and Election, and Assessors Offices and areas within basement of the Courthouse which include conference room common areas and Attorneys Office identified in attachment C. B. The proposal amount is to remain constant and shall not escalate with project cost increases.
