Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1. Cleaning up all spills. 2. Keeping waste baskets and recycling bins emptied, re-lined as needed. 3. Vacuuming/sweeping/mopping as needed in high traffic areas maintaining cleanliness. 4. Keeping trash and recycling picked up. 5. Spot cleaning doors, windows, and walls as needed and where needed. 6. Spot cleaning carpets. 7. Maintaining public areas/common areas/bathrooms in an orderly level of cleanliness and tidiness. 8. Restocking and maintaining all consumables. 9. Cleaning and maintaining toilets, mirrors, dispensers, hardware, stalls, and sinks in an orderly fashion. 10. Cleaning whiteboards using only water or non-ammoniated glass cleaners (harsh chemicals such as ammonia or graffiti remover may not be used). 11. Caring for and maintaining floors, including Ceramic, VCT, Terrazzo and Quarry Tile: a. Restoring, buffing, and burnishing – machine or mop-scrub to remove topsoils and buff (burnish) with high-speed burnisher to restore shine. b. Deep scrubbing and recoating - machine-scrub to remove soils and lighten discolored grout. Seal with a penetrating sealer to protect against stains without altering the appearance of the tile. c. Stripping and refinishing - complete removal of existing floor finish and reapplication of 4-6 fresh coats of floor finish. d. Cleaning tile and grout - machine scrub to remove soils and lighten discolored grout, then seal with a penetrating sealer to protect against stains without altering the appearance of the tile. 12. Caring for wood floors, including dust mopping and spot mopping on a daily basis with wood floor approved cleaning solution. 13. Extracting carpet using extractor machine with hot water only (no cleaning solutions). Bonnet cleaning is not acceptable.
