Specifications include, but are not limited to: The SDE English Learner Program is seeking a highly qualified organization to provide a digital adaptive program to specifically support language instruction for mathematics. Under ESEA Section 3111(b)(2)(D)(I), the state may use funds to identify and implement effective language instruction educational programs and curricula for teaching English learners. Under Idaho Senate Bill 1209, Section 6, funding has been appropriated for researchbased programs to assist with the instruction of students with non-English or limited-English proficiency. The SDE is looking for an organization which can provide digital adaptive curriculum to provide supplemental and intervention support for English Learner students learning academic vocabulary and language specific to K-12 mathematics. The scoring committee will recommend one product for K-12.
