Specifications include, but are not limited to: Rough-in Heating– Provide forced air furnace and ducting rough-in services • Install furnace that complies with requested specifications • Provide and install all supply and return air ducting for the furnace. • Provide furnace combustion air and exhaust ducting. Including exterior termination hoods • Duct seal all pipe seams and fittings with a mastic compound • Provide and install all low voltage control wiring • Provide adequate supply and return air ducts to ensure even heat in all rooms of the residence • Do not install any supply or return air ducts in the attic space. • (Note, gas line provided by others) Rough-in Heating, Garage - Provide and install specified gas fired unit heater. • Install specified gas fired unit heater • Install vent exhaust piping • Include exterior vent hood • Use manufactures recommended duct sealant on all pipe seams and fittings. • Provide and install all low voltage control wiring • (Note, gas line provided by others) Rough-in Exhaust Systems – Provide rough-in exhaust systems • Install and exhaust Panasonic exhaust fans in each bathroom • Install and exhaust Panasonic exhaust fan in crawlspace for mechanical crawlspace ventilation, install fan in floor joist bay approximately 4 ft from exterior wall. • Provide dryer exhaust to laundry room. Prefer to vent through crawlspace or gable end wall in attics. • Install dryer duct in a recessed into the stud framing metal termination in the laundry room. • Provide kitchen range hood exhaust.
