Specifications include, but are not limited to: Melcher Building (51 Merchant) – Basement Improvements, complete in accordance with the drawings and specifications, excluding Item numbers 2 - 14 below.; Demolition (Interior) Removal and disposal of all loose material at existing Shelf (Ledge) around perimeter of Basement.; Demolition (Interior) Removal and disposal of cement plaster finished furred walls – framing and plaster.; Demolition (Interior) Bead blasting of existing concrete floor slab and preparation at Shelf (Ledge) for base for “Colored Epoxy Floor Concrete Floor Moisture Vapor Control system coating.; Demolition (Exterior) Wash and clean Smooth Faced Masonry at south wall and including the AC Conditioning Equipment Room roof extension walls with cleaner approved for painted finish.(Refer to Section 09 9113); Demolition (Exterior) Wash and clean Coral and Masonry substrates at south wall with biodegradable cleaner that is pH neutral and contains no salts, bleach, or acids for lime-based plastering.(Refer to Section 09 2436) ; Demolition (Exterior) Excavate, salvage and stockpile soil to be reinstalled once waterproofing, irrigation and drain lines have been installed.
