Healthy Snack Vending - Perishable and Non-Perishable Food Items? A. Beverages - Pouring Rights The successful proposer will be responsible for supplying, installing, and maintaining all fountain, dispensing, and coolers for the life of the agreement. This equipment will be provided at no charge to the College or any of its food service and retail services contractors. All equipment provided upon installation must be new/modern and no older than three (3) years. If any new equipment is introduced by manufacturers and is offered by the Contractor, then the College retains the right to have this machinery installed and upgraded at no cost to the College.
