DAS PS intends to issue a Statewide PA to Gallup for its: • Q12® Employee Engagement Survey: an ongoing employee survey that measures employee engagement and consists of 12 actionable workplace elements that offer proven links to performance outcomes. • Access Software Platform: used to validate employee surveys on company culture and employee engagement. The software offers 200 Gallup-validated survey questions to organizational performance with benchmarks to identify areas of strengths and weaknesses. Users can generate reports via dashboard with action steps and conversation ideas based on survey results. • Consulting Services: for activities such as pulling custom reports, analyzing data, training new managers on how to use the Gallup Access Platform, ‘Leadership Results Briefings’ and '360 Performance Results Presentations’ for all participating Authorized Purchasers. • 360 Performance Survey Administration Services: quantitative and qualitative analyses services including: o annual survey facilitation(s), in accordance with the odd- and even-year schedules set out in Gallup’s ‘360 Performance Reviews’ Quote, attached hereto as ‘SP_Attachment3’. CHRO will provide survey questions and participant email addresses. o data collection and aggregation to survey questions. o mean score calculations for each survey question. o sentiment analysis of open-ended responses and categorization by theme(s). o data compilation delivered in an Executive Summary to CHRO
