Specifications include, but are not limited to: 2.1. Contractor shall provide all materials, labor, permits, bonds, etc. for cleaning, painting, removal of decals of the ceiling and ductwork on the NHL side of the ImOn Ice Arena. 2.2. Contractor shall ensure their product and design meets all applicable life safety, building codes, and adheres to industry standards. 2.3. Approximate ceiling dimensions are 300 feet long by 150 feet wide. 2.4. Contractor shall perform/provide the following: 2.4.1. Covering and masking of all floors, seats, jumbotron, tv’s, speakers, and wires and surfaces that should not be painted. 2.4.2. Cleaning of ceiling, beams, trusses, and ducts. 2.4.3. Sanding, wiping, and any other surface prep for painting including removal of decals from trusses and ductwork. 2.4.4. Furnishing all parts, equipment and labor including full Supervision for the receiving, unloading, staging, masking, painting and cleanup. 2.4.5. Removal of all packaging, corrugated and other debris created during the cleaning/painting shall be performed by the Contractor. 2.4.6. Final verification and any final work items identified after substantial completion shall be completed by the contractor. 2.4.7. Any required Warranty repairs (if Warranty exists) shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. 2.4.8. Pictures are included below.
