Specifications include, but are not limited to: AREAS TO BE CLEANED AREA 1: Main office from the building’s front door to the 2nd fire wall between office and shop buildings (includes conference room, Maintenance Superintendents office and hallway between them). AREA 2: Shop lavatory and Shop Foreman Office. AREA 3: Equipment Building: 3 offices, lavatories, hallway and breakroom; DUTIES TO BE DONE – TUESDAY, THURSDAY, AND OVER THE WEEKEND Lavatories: Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks, faucets, walls/partitions, towel dispenser, mirrors, doors, floors, mop boards, restock all soap and paper supplies, empty waste baskets and replace garbage bags. Offices: Vacuum carpets, spot clean carpet stains, sweep and mop uncarpeted floors, empty waste baskets and replace garbage bags, dust all office furniture including desks, tabletops, counters, file cabinet tops, bookcases and all office equipment (do not remove papers on desks). Break Room: Clean table, chairs, sink, exterior of all appliances, walls, vacuum carpets, spot clean carpet stains, sweep and mop uncarpeted floors, empty waste baskets and replace garbage bags. Hallways: Sweep and mop tile floors, clean water fountain, sweep and mop uncarpeted floors Conference Room: Vacuum carpets, spot clean carpet stains, sweep uncarpeted floors, empty waste baskets and replace garbage bags, dust off all tables and equipment
