Specifications include, but are not limited to: The University of Iowa solicits proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide a venue location and all materials, equipment, labor and services necessary to conduct the Department of Pediatrics Fellowship and Residency Graduation event. The departmental graduation event is a reception/dinner held to recognize the completion of the residents and fellows hard work, and dedication for the completion of their three year specialty training. This event will be attended by graduates and their families, departmental and program leaders, administrators, and faculty mentors. The University would like to conduct the Dept. of Pediatrics graduation event on the evening of Monday, June 22nd. The target start time is 5 PM. Please confirm if your venue is available on this date and the time slot that is available. The University anticipates approximately 200 attendees to this event. The University is interested in dinner options that may be served buffet style, but will entertain a plated dinner as well. This meal should include alcohol and non-alcoholic beverage service. The University is interested in hosting a wine bar and will also need to have vegetarian, vegan, and gluten free options.
