THE PROJECT The project consists of the construction site development and construction of a new elementary facility of approximately 66,300 sq. ft. at 753 Salmon Falls Road in Rochester. Programming and Design Development are anticipated for May-August 2023 with a GMP established in January 2024. Construction is anticipated to begin in March of 2024 and to last 12-14 months. The total project cost is anticipated to be $33,618,000.
