Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Little Rock Board of Directors issued an ordinance authorizing the City to select qualified vendors to provide professional services and to compile a comprehensive list of vendors for departments to evaluate those qualifications. The goal is to create a qualified vendor list of firms capable of providing Engineering & Design Servicesfor the City of Little Rock. The work will generally consist of providing right-of-way surveys, preparation of construction drawings, cost estimates and may also include construction inspection, oversight and/or construction contract management. City departments can then select from the qualified vendor list when projects become available; thus streamlining the procurement process. A. Engineering & Design Services 1.
