Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1) For the Street Maintenance Division (includes almost anything within the streetright-of-way): a) Asphalt breaking-up/ Cracks in street/ Potholes; b) Street buckling/ Blow-ups/ Street raising-up; c) Cave-in/ Washouts/ Streets sinking/ Sinkholes; d) Undermining; e) Debris in the street/ Tree limbs down; f) Accident debris/ Accidental debris; g) Oil spill/ Fuel spill/ Anti-freeze spill/ Any other spill on the right-of-way; h) Manure spill; i) Guardrail damage; j) Street shoulder repair/ Sod damage/ Sprinkler damage/ Mailbox damage; k) Special events requests; I) District yard problems/ Gate malfunctions, alarms, etc.; m) Barricades needed, down or missing; n) Water main breaks; o) Plowing/ Spreading; p) Salt/ Sand deliveries; and q) Complaints on street construction or repair projects. 2) For the Sewer Maintenance Division: a) Sewer backups; b) Manhole cover missing/ dislodged; c) Broken or damage sewers; d) Plugged inlets/ Inlets damaged; e) Sewer odors (in the house or neighborhood); f) Sewage coming up through the ground; g) Rats; h) Cave-ins/ Holes in yard; i) Flooded streets/ Manhole overflows; j) Sewage in creeks and ditches; k) Oil spill/ fuel spill/ any other spill in creeks and ditches; I) Personal items dropped in inlets; m) Clearances for digging; n) Complaints on sewer construction or repair projects; and o) Any other general complaints involving sewers. 3) For the Traffic Maintenance Division: a) Traffic signals out or flashing (not street lights for illumination); b) Traffic signs down; c) Parking meter malfunctions; d) Traffic signal timing; e) Bushes/ weeds/ trees blocking view of oncoming traffic; f) Bagging traffic meters; g) Clearances for digging; and h) Any other general complaints involving City traffic.
