Specifications include, but are not limited to: 1 Dumpster Shed – Existing dumpster shed to be demoed, disposed of, and rebuilt in existing location. New dumpster shed to be 125”X144” and have same construction style as existing one. Concrete block walls need to be 78” tall with open 2x6 treated stick framing above to allow for ventilation. Roof to be pitched and shingled. Exterior finish over concrete blocks to consist of siding (material onsite). The door needs to be metal and slide open to avoid nearby fire hydrant as detailed herein. $ 2 Storage Shed – Existing storage shed to be demoed and disposed of. New storage shed will be purchased and onsite, only requiring assembly. The new storage shed is approximately 10’X12’. Storage shed will be located in different location from the existing storage shed as detailed herein.
