Specifications include, but are not limited to: Alaska Housing Finance Corporation is seeking quotes from qualified Contractors for boiler replacement; Housing site consists of four (4) buildings, each housing four (4) two-story units. Remove and replace four (4) existing Oil Fired Boilers. New boilers shall be Weil-McLain WTGO-5R, Buderus MPO-IQ147B, or AHFC approved equivalent. Bidders shall specify the Manufacturer and Product with bid submission; submissions that do not specify this information may be determined nonresponsive and removed from the bid evaluation process. Basis of design load for heating system is included in the attachments, Design Heat Loss Eyak Building A, B, C, and D, respectively. Systems identified above include additional load to satisfy the requirements of existing Indirect Fired Water Heaters, which shall be reused and installed as a priority zone with the new equipment. Existing exhaust venting shall be utilized in the new installation. Existing TACO control boards shall be utilized in the new installation. Existing expansion tanks shall be utilized in the new installation.
