All old post holes to be filled and damaged concrete repaired as per drawing and specifications. Renew approximately 373’ of 4’ chain-link fence and 81 posts by replacing posts, fabric, top-rail, bottom wire and caps. Reference drawings and specifications for details. Paint retaining wall with water-proof coating as per drawings and specifications. Eliminate three trip hazards at retaining wall Remove and replace two 4'x10' sections of asphalt parking lot as per drawings. Included in the Base Bid is the removal of tripping hazards along with fence/retaining wall renewal shown in drawings F002 through F005 and F009 Additive Alternate #1 is fence/retaining wall renewal contained in drawings F006 through F008
