Specifications include, but are not limited to: The work for the LEWISTON REDUNDANT WATERLINE PROJECT shall consist of, but not be limited to, the complete and satisfactory construction of water main and fiber optic conduit from the Main Street Pumping Station located at 60 Main Street in Lewiston, to the southern end of North River Road in Auburn. The project consists of approximately 4,100 LF of 24-inch Ductile iron water main installed by open-cut, installation of 16-inch pre-insulated ductile iron water main across the Longley Bridge between Lewiston and Auburn, construction of (2) 4” fiber optic conduits and associated handholes, construction of a new flow meter in an existing vault and associated power and signal wiring, and pavement and lawn restoration.
