Specifications include, but are not limited to: The City of Sanford and Village of Springvale (the City) is accepting proposals to select qualified professional planning and engineering firms to provide professional services in order to develop a Safe Streets for All (SS4A) Action Plan to identify, evaluate, analyze, and scope safety improvement projects throughout our community in conjunction with the National Roadway Safety Strategy. The City has been awarded a SS4A Grant from the United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) in order to complete tasks as stated in Appendix A: Scope of Work. The Services Contract may be awarded by the City of Sanford but no work shall take place prior to the final USDOT Grant Agreement with the City of Sanford. The application has been submitted by FHWA and is pending final agreement.
