Please note: This is a Sole Source Notification. Specifications include, but are not limited to: University of Oregon, on behalf of The Jordan Schnitzer Museum of Art, (University), intends to purchase highly customized video projection equipment from ProAV to be used in the museums “Lessons of the Hour, art exhibition by Isaac Julien. The exhibition piece was commissioned in 2018 by an east coast museum and required a custom-built projector to display the artwork. The equipment is produced in a 4:3 native format in very high definition video spec. ProAv custom fabricates the screens this work is shown on, and oversees all technical installation working directly with the artist’s representative. No other vendor can provide this equipment. An entity may protest this sole source award determination in accordance with UO Policy IV 09 06 CC not later than May 30, 2023, by 5:00 p.m. (PST).
