Specifications include, but are not limited to: The State of Oregon, acting by and through the Oregon Department of Human Services, Office of Developmental Disabilities Services (ODDS), Stabilization and Crisis Unit (SACU), (“Agency”), is issuing this Intermediate Procurement Request for bed frames. ODDS is a State of Oregon government agency whose purpose is to provide Oregonians, with an Intellectual and or Developmental Disability (“I/DD”), access to quality supports that are simple to use, responsive to their strengths, needs and choices, while they live and thrive as valued members of their community. SACU is a 24-hour crisis residential program, that serves Individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD), whose support needs exceed the supports offered or provided by community-based residential programs and often times the Individuals enter SACU homes in crisis. SACU operates twenty (20) group homes along the I-5 corridor from Portland to Eugene, serving about 100 individuals. Each home offers varying levels of environmental supports and modifications. Agency anticipates the award one price agreement for goods requested under this RFP. Purchase orders will be used to place individual orders as items are needed, delivery location and dates will be specified in individual purchase order. Agency may issue purchase orders pursuant to this RFP up to 5 years from the effective date of the Price Agreement or up to the intermediate procurement threshold whichever occurs first. Proposers are advised that there is no guarantee of any specific number of purchases under this RFP.
