Specifications include, but are not limited to: a. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish an annual requirements price agreement contract as defined in OAR 125-246-0110(110) for provision of bakery products on an as needed basis between the Provider and each district. Individual product specifications are listed on the Projected Usage/Prices sheet, located on pages 21-23. b. The Provider shall furnish and assume full responsibility for everything required for the orderly progress and proper execution and completion of the assigned work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated into the work including, but not limited to, materials, equipment, labor including subcontractor, transportation, equipment and machinery, tools, and other facilities and incidentals. Delivery of all goods and/or services shall be priced FOB destination. c. Provider shall not have any public or private interest and shall not acquire directly or indirectly any such interest which conflicts in any manner with the performance of its services under this Contract. d. Provider shall employ only persons duly licensed by the State of Oregon to perform the work required under this Contract for which applicable Oregon Law requires a license.
