Specifications include, but are not limited to: The Housing Authority of Salt Lake City (“HASLC”), a Public Housing Authority (“PHA”), is soliciting bids from qualified and experienced vendors for a Relocation Consultant to provide comprehensive services associated with the temporary relocation of tenants in the Romney Plaza Building (475 E. 900 South) and the Philips Plaza Building (660 S. 300 East) during building renovations. HASLC Main Offices (“Headquarters” - 1776 S. West Temple): • Provide a new concrete ramp on the East side of the office building by the conference room door, with a proper slope to meet ADA requirements. • Replace the existing sidewalk between the east parking lot and Main Entrance to meet the slope requirements of ADA. • Modify Men’s and Women’s restrooms as necessary to meet ADA requirements with similar quality finishes as existing. Romney Plaza (475 E. 900 South): • Make modifications to the North and South Entrances to meet ADA requirements. • Modify the trash room and the common restrooms as necessary to meet the ADA requirements with similar quality finishes as existing. • Make modifications to Apartment Units 101, 102, 103, 108, 111, 112, 113, and 114 as necessary to meet ADA requirements to the greatest extent possible with similar quality finishes as existing. • Provide regarding and other modifications necessary to make seven ADA-compatible parking stalls at the north entrance and provide for adequate drainage based on the new slopes. Phillips Plaza (660 S. 300 East): • Make the modifications to the East Entrance to meet ADA requirements. • Modify the Office entry, the common restrooms, drinking fountains, and kitchen doors as necessary to meet the ADA requirements with similar quality finishes as existing.
