Specifications include, but are not limited to: The scope of work consists of a statewide Continuous Traffic Monitoring (CTM) data collection project to support the State's continuous traffic monitoring program. This data collection project includes the operation and maintenance of the CTM sites. The project includes the approximately ninety-one (91) current permanent traffic monitoring sites which are located on six of the eight major islands (Oahu, Maui, Hawaii, Lanai, Molokai & Kauai). Additional sites are anticipated in road construction projects that are in various stages of design and construction. These sites will be added to the scope of this CTM project upon completion of construction. The CTM sites and the data must be consistent with the guidelines published in the current Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) Traffic Monitoring Guide (TMG).
