Specifications include, but are not limited to: 38.1 Requested Maintenance: a. The Contractor must perform maintenance service as required on DOCK LEVELERS (line Items #2) and SHRINK WRAP MACHINE (line Item 5) listed on the Pricing Schedule (Appendix D), within three (3) business days of notification. b. The Contractor must perform emergency repairs on FCPS MATERIAL HANDLING EQUIPMENT within one (1) business day of notification. 38.2 Preventive Maintenance: a. Planned preventive Maintenance service is required on a quarterly basis or as recommended by the Manufacturers’ maintenance schedule. b. A copy of the manufacturers’ maintenance schedule for Preventive Maintenance services by make and model must be included with the bid. Please reference the Equipment list. (Exhibit A) c. The Contractor must record the date and time the maintenance was performed in their designated areas on the machines. 38.3 Parts: a. The Contractor must provide copies of the manufacturer’s UPDATED LIST PRICE OF REPAIR PARTS for the material handling equipment listed on Exhibit A. A link to catalogs that are available to the general public are acceptable. b. The Contractor must report any price changes during the duration of the contract. d. The Contractor must indicate if they have standard parts readily available on site for the items in the Equipment List (Reference Exhibit A). e. Parts must be delivered within 2 weeks of order
