Specifications include, but are not limited to: The New Hampshire Department of Education (NHED) is seeking a scholarship organization approved under RSA 77:G to implement the Education Freedom Accounts (EFA) Act by administering EFA accounts for eligible students in accordance with RSA 194-F. The scholarship organization should have extensive experience administrating scholarships, including but not limited to: 1. Identifying and documenting eligible participants; 2. Developing an application and application process consistent with applicable statutes and administrative rules; 3. Ensuring that funds are only used for purposes in accordance with applicable statutes and administrative rules; 4. Implementing a system for payment of services; 5. Identifying misuse of funds; and 6. Developing and implementing an appeals process
